Ingredients
- 4 pounds chicken pieces (I used bone-in thighs with skin)
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup tamari or soy sauce
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in crockpot.
- Cover. Cook on High for 4 hours, or on Low for 6 to 8 hours.

Very simple, very fast. Kids loved it first and second time around. Sauce is very watery in texture: could cook it down to make something thicker to serve it with.
