Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Lay your salmon on a pan (line with foil if you're lazy, like I am).
- Sprinkle sesame oil and tamari over the top of the fish as you like.
- Put the pan in the oven on an upper shelf (not at the very top), and cook, starting at 10 minutes. Check with a fork to see when it flakes, but is still moist. (It shouldn't be longer than 15 minutes.)
