  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut each biscuit into four pieces; arrange them evenly in a 10-inch fluted tube pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. Combine the brown sugar, cream and cinnamon; pour over the biscuits.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown (This could take significantly longer: it took me almost an hour).
  5. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.
