Cranberry Chicken and Cabbage

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil and cook onions until soft and tan.
  2. Add cabbage and cook until soft and some is translucent-y.
  3. Add apples and cranberry sauce, and stir and cook until apples are getting tender.
  4. Add cumin and chicken, stir and cook until chicken is heated through. Feel free to add more cumin if necessary. It may need a little salt: if so, do so.
  5. Make couscous according to package directions. Feel free to throw a bouillon cube in the boiling water for extra deliciousness.
  6. Serve over couscous.
