Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat oil and cook onions until soft and tan.
- Add cabbage and cook until soft and some is translucent-y.
- Add apples and cranberry sauce, and stir and cook until apples are getting tender.
- Add cumin and chicken, stir and cook until chicken is heated through. Feel free to add more cumin if necessary. It may need a little salt: if so, do so.
- Make couscous according to package directions. Feel free to throw a bouillon cube in the boiling water for extra deliciousness.
- Serve over couscous.
