Recipe Notes

Recipe originally from Mom and Dad's friends the Falks. I adapted it to use what I had in the fridge. I used a rotisserie chicken, then used the bones to make soup. I made the casserole for the kids and Kathlene and they all liked it. We ate it while we watched Danny Kaye in The Court Jester. A little salty, but well-received.
