Ingredients
- 2 boxes broccoli frozen chopped, thawed and well-drained
- 2 boxes spinach frozen chopped, thawed and well-drained
- 1 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- Jane’s Seasoned Salt
- 1 to 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 can Durkee’s onion rings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Take your broccoli and spinach...
- ... and if it is frozen, put it in a colander.
- Run hot water over it until it is completely thawed.
- Press out all the water.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the vegetables and the soup...
- ... and the mayo...
- ... and the Jane's Seasoned Salt.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with the cheese...
- ... and onion rings.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until melty and heated through.
