This is great rice to go with Indian food, and is notable for its long, tender, separate grains and lack of stickiness.
Boca Chik’n patties are the best, if you’re the fake meat loving sort. (I don’t love their faux hamburgers so much.) You can just pop one in the microwave, but that gets me down because it gets a little rubbery. I like them baked in the oven, per package directions. This meal is great because you can use leftover pasta if you have any, and it’s a decent source of protein, and it’s quick, quick, quick!
