  1. Blend all ingredients.
*NOTE: You should have some orange purée set aside if you are making this for Orange Carrot Cake. If not:
  1. Trim both ends off of an orange.
  2. Cut it in wedges, then chunks.
  3. Remove the center white core and seeds.
  4. Purée it in a food processor (yes, including peel).

Delicious, but made way too much. You could just make half a batch.
