Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- ¼ cup chives finely chopped (½ cup)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ pound smoked salmon or lox; diced
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, cream, chives and zest in food processor until smooth.
- Stir in salmon, pepper and sour cream.
- Chill.
