Lay your salmon on a pan (line with foil if you’re lazy, like I am).
Sprinkle sesame oil and tamari over the top of the fish as you like.
Put the pan in the oven on an upper shelf (not at the very top), and cook, starting at 10 minutes. Check with a fork to see when it flakes, but is still moist. (It shouldn’t be longer than 15 minutes.)
