Instructions
  1. In a glass or metal bowl, beat the egg white and lemon juice until foamy.
  2. Slowly beat in the sugar until the frosting stands in peaks and is stiff enough to hold a sharp line when cut with a knife.
  3. Keep it covered with a damp paper towel while working to keep it from drying out.
