Ingredients
- 2 cups basil leaves firmly packed
- 1 ounce pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil + 1 teaspoon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced or pressed
- 1 ounce Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except Parmesan cheese in food processor until smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Store covered in the refrigerator.
