Last night Maura had some chicken legs that she wanted to have cooked and a great recipe she’d found on The Pioneer Woman: could I make it? She told me to look up the recipe on line. I did, and made this, and it was delicious. And it wasn’t the recipe she wanted me to make. Oh well! Accidental deliciousness is no tragedy. I used apricot jam instead of peach as that is what I had. We had it with pasta salad, and life was good.
