Instructions
  1. Spray frying pan with non-stick spray (or feel free to use oil).
  2. Add onions, peppers, carrots and garlic; cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add bulgur, stir, and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in broth, stir, and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add remaining ingredients except butter, stir, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Add butter, stir until melted.
