Ingredients
- 2 cans artichokes drained, quartered; not marinated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- pinch garlic salt
- pinch onion salt
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients in a one-quart casserole dish.
- Bake for a half hour.

Late 1980s
I used to make this with Carla Holtz in her Foggy Bottom apartment in DC to eat on crackers while we watched Doctor Who. I didn’t have the recipe written down, so I confirmed it with cooks.com to make for Superbowl Sunday (February 1, 2009). They suggested the addition of 8 ounces of mozzarella, but I left that out. Everyone loved it.
