  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  2. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.
  3. Beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, beating well. (The batter will be soft.)
  7. Stir in the tomatoes, raisins, and walnuts.
  8. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
  9. Bake for 70 to 75 minutes, or until a tester inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Let the cake cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
  11. Remove it from the pan and let it cool completely.
  12. Spoon Browned Butter Icing over the cake.
