Made this with broccoli again (and changed the written recipe to reflect this) and skinless boneless thighs. It's very good with a nice sauce, but it would be easy to overcook this: really just cook it for the amount of time written. And when the broccoli is put in at the end, don't cook it longer than needed to make the broccoli tender. Served it over white rice. Well received.

Made with bone-in thighs: try with boneless and skinless next time to avoid the cartilage-in-the-food issue. This would be nice over something more absorbent than orzo, like rice or couscous. I made it with broccoli and 8 frozen basil cubes in the absence of fresh.
