  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix corn meal, flour, sugar and salt in large bowl.
  3. Whisk together egg and cream in small bowl.
  4. Mix egg and cream mixture into flour mixture just until blended.
  5. Add melted butter for the last few turns; do not overmix.
  6. Spoon into buttered muffin pan.
  7. Bake about 20 minutes.
