Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mix the flour and salt together.
  2. Cut in the shortening with a pastry cutter or two knives.
  3. Stir in the water until the dough forms a ball.
  4. (Alternately you can do all of these steps in a food processor.)
  5. Roll crusts out between layers of waxed paper or parchment.
