Recipe Notes
November 2015
Apparently, Worcestershire sauce is the notable note in clam dip. This is easy and tasty and has no weird chemically tang like store dip. I actually tried to blend it by hand at first, but getting the cream cheese integrated with the juice was difficult. I ended up using a little blender until it was mostly smooth, but left a few clam bits for texture. I'm sure a hand mixer would work perfectly; I don't have one and wasn't willing to dirty the KitchenAid for this.
