Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix flour, bran, wheat germ, brown sugar, salt and baking soda in large bowl.
  3. Whisk together egg, milk, oil and vanilla in small bowl.
  4. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until blended.
  5. Add optional ingredients if desired.
  6. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes.
