Baked Honey Lemon Thyme Chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Put chicken thighs in a baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle honey over thighs (about a quarter of a cup).
  4. Sprinkle lemon juice over the thighs (a few tablespoons).
  5. Sprinkle with thyme.
  6. Bake the chicken for one half hour.
  7. Flip the pieces and drizzle with honey again, and sprinkle with lemon juice and thyme again.
  8. Bake for another 30-45 minutes.
  9. Enjoy with a dramatic film.

I had some nice thighs and no promising recipes, so I looked online and came up with this flavor combination, and made this up. It was really good. Next time I'd start with the thighs skin side down, so when I flipped them and did the second half of the cooking, the skin would get crispy and pretty.
