For dough:
For filling:
For glaze:
  1. Mix all the dough ingredients together, and then refrigerate them.
  2. Mix all filling ingredients.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  4. Divide the dough into two parts
  5. Roll one part out so it’s the size of the bottom of a springform pan, and the other so it’s big enough to be dropped into the pan, but come up the sides, like a pie crust.
  6. Put the bigger layer in a springform pan.
  7. Add the filling, and lay the smaller part of the dough on top.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes.
  9. While cake is cooling, “You make the glaze by starting with the lemon juice, and adding enough powdered sugar until it’s the consistency of--I don’t know--still liquid enough to run off the spoon, it’ll harden as the cake cools and as it dries.” -Babette
